We are 3 miles East of Cardiff located between the towns of Dinas Powys and Penarth. Follow the M4 until junction 33and then the A4232 until signs for Penarth. Turn right at the roundabout over the next roundabout then right at the traffic lights. Take the 1st right and continue down this road (Sully Rd.) for half a mile and the manor house is on the right.

Cardiff Bay and the new barrage due to be opened in November 1999 is also only a mile away. The Barrage creates a freshwater lake creatively landscaped and used for many watersports. Access from the sea is provided by a series of locks for pleasure craft such as Cruisers and Yachts.

Penarth Marina is also adjacent to Cardiff bay, a popular visit for tourists and craft users allike.
